Why Gattle & Company?

Gattle & Company helps leaders, emerging leaders and those in career transitions define their goals, take action and embrace the dynamic careers they've always wanted.

Kim Gattle, Founder, brings to Gattle & Company over 30 years of leadership success in the nonprofit and business sectors and a multidimensional understanding of the importance of developing an organization’s most valuable assets: their leadership and team members.

Kim brings not only credentials but lived experience to her coaching. She learned first-hand the importance of engaging and developing those she had the honor to lead. Drawing on individual and collective strengths, together they secured over $500 million in fund raising campaigns and increased business profitability.

Kim understands that adaptive, courageous leadership requires the ability to draw upon paradoxical strengths. She offers coaching tools that help clients drive achievement while facilitating the same in team members.

Kim recognizes that a meaningful, high-impact career journey sometimes requires reinvention and changes in direction.  She dedicates her coaching practice to helping individuals think about what they want for themselves and formulating a plan to step into their potential.

Kim is a Certified Professional Coach with Harrison Assessments.

Connect with Kim

"My work with Kim over a period of six sessions was transformative. In our short time together, Kim helped me identify what I was truly looking for in my next professional move--not necessarily which specific title I was looking for, but what values and experiences, strengths and skill sets I was most interested in prioritizing. She offered clear tools for me to leverage and the encouragement and coaching I needed to take it to the next level. As a result of our time together, I find myself now in a dream role that is fulfilling, exhilarating, and challenging--I can confidently say that I would not be here without her coaching and support.
